Services

The four lines of work.

miamidade3pl runs four interconnected lines of work, anchored at Pompano Beach and extending through a network of operators across South Florida and beyond. Each line has its own discipline; together they cover the freight lifecycle from arrival at a corridor gateway to inland delivery, and from manufacturer's dock to international customs clearance.

We're network-based by design. We don't try to own every truck, dock door, or warehouse rack in the corridor. What we do is sit close enough to the work to know which operator handles which lane best, which carrier offers the right window for a time-sensitive shipment, and which customs broker can rebill an entry at midnight. The four lines below are how that operating posture gets organized.

The schedule

Four plates. One operation.

Warehousing & Distribution

Where the freight rests between the dock and the customer.

  • Standard pallet storage
  • Cold chain & perishable
  • FTZ & bonded warehousing
  • Custom logistics solutions

Pallets in, pallets out — sometimes with temperature requirements, sometimes inside Foreign Trade Zone bonded space. The network spans standard pallet storage at the Pompano Beach anchor and partner facilities across South Florida for surge capacity, cold-chain space for perishables and pharmaceuticals, FTZ-routed bonded warehousing through FTZ #281 and FTZ #25, and custom workflows for freight that doesn’t fit a standard SKU.

Fulfillment

From customer click to dock-door pickup.

  • E-commerce fulfillment
  • B2B fulfillment
  • Returns processing
  • Kitting & assembly

E-commerce order fulfillment for South Florida-anchored brands and the bilingual LATAM-facing storefronts that ship from Miami. B2B fulfillment with EDI integration, retail-compliance routing guides, and same-day pickup windows for established carrier relationships. Returns processing with refurbishment and disposition workflows. Kitting and assembly for promotional inventory, retail-ready packaging, and consumer subscription boxes.

Freight & Transportation

Drayage off the dock; FTL/LTL onto the road.

  • FTL / LTL
  • Drayage
  • Cross-dock & transloading

Drayage between Pompano Beach and the three corridor gateways — PortMiami, Port Everglades, MIA — is the most-trafficked lane in our network. Same-day pickup windows from the dock to the warehouse, transload, and onward dispatch. Full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) routing across Florida, the Southeast, and the broader continental U.S. Cross-dock and transloading for freight that needs to switch carriers or modes without entering long-term storage.

International Trade Services

Where freight crosses lines on a map.

  • Freight forwarding
  • Customs brokerage
  • Cross-border & Latin America
  • Supply chain consulting

Freight forwarding — ocean and air, inbound and outbound, with particular density on Latin America trade lanes via MIA, PortMiami, and Port Everglades. Customs brokerage routing through licensed broker partners, with bilingual (English / Spanish) documentation as standard. Cross-border trade workflows for Caribbean and South American import-export, including FTA programs and CBP duty optimization. Supply chain consulting for clients building or revising their Latin America trade architecture.

Operations

The lines run together.

Most freight crosses two or three of the four lines on its way to the customer's dock door. A container off PortMiami might clear customs through our international trade desk, drayage through freight & transportation, get unloaded into FTZ-bonded warehousing, and ship out as e-commerce fulfillment — all routed through one inquiry, one operator, one phone call. Tell us the freight and the lane; we'll route the inquiry to the right operator inside thirty minutes during business windows.
